My Story
My name is Raven Simpson and I am a self-taught baker and cake decorator located in Nashville, TN. I started my business in May 2016 by baking my best friend a fondant cake for her birthday. After how well I did on my first attempt my sister encouraged me to start my business, thus Sweet Cakes by Ray was created and I have been baking every since. Baking is truly my passion and I love bringing creative ideas to life through the art of cake. Not only are my cakes pretty but they are sweet and delicious!
